Jenny’s Real Story

Before the Surgery

What I struggled with the most before the surgery was how my mouth area looked slightly protruded, which made my face seem more angular and less youthful. I really wanted a softer, cuter, and more youthful appearance. Another concern was the hollow areas on both sides of my nose, especially around the alar base (Weir area). When I went in for a consultation, the surgeon recommended the three-jaw contouring surgery, paranasal augmentation, and full-face fat grafting. It felt like they completely understood what I had been worrying about, even without me explaining every little detail.

After 5 days

The first few days were definitely tough. My face was extremely swollen, and with the fat grafting, my forehead looked so puffy that I barely recognized myself—it felt like I was walking around with a pufferfish face! Eating was also a challenge since I had to be careful, which made things a bit uncomfortable. But by Day 5, things started to feel a little more bearable. I could already see a noticeable improvement in the areas that used to protrude—especially the cheekbones that stuck out to the sides. I was really happy with that change. I’m just counting down the days now until I fully recover so I can finally enjoy delicious food again and hang out with my friends without worrying about my face!

Week 2

Most of the swelling has gone down now, but the consultant mentioned there’s still some residual swelling that will gradually subside. She told me I’d look even better once that disappears, so I’m really looking forward to seeing those final results!
My forehead is also starting to look much more natural as the fat graft settles in. Every time I visit the clinic for post-op care, they treat me so kindly and attentively—it actually makes me happy to go! hehe
Their professional yet warm approach really helped ease my recovery process.

1 Month

All my friends keep telling me I look so much younger now. One of my friends didn’t even realize I had surgery—she kept asking what kind of procedure I had done because she wanted to do the same! That made me feel really good about my decision. With my facial contours now more refined, even my eyes seem to appear larger. I feel like I’m truly hitting a peak in terms of my appearance these days. And the best part is, the longer it’s been since the surgery, the more satisfied I feel with the results.

4 Months

Before the surgery, I used to stress about how I looked older than I actually was—even considered getting a nose job at one point. But since the surgery, all those worries have completely disappeared.
Now I understand what they meant when they said the residual swelling would take a few months to go away. Everything’s settling in so naturally now. I can’t wait to see what I’ll look like after a full year—I’m genuinely excited for the future instead of dreading the aging process.
Surgery didn’t just change my face—it really changed the way I feel about myself and aging.

5 Months

I’ve gained so much confidence in my appearance that I finally tried a bold new hair color I’d never had the courage to try before. I’ve also started taking way more selfies lately because I love seeing my reflection again! 🤭
Honestly, I feel like I look at least five years younger than before. It’s not just about being prettier—I feel like I’ve gained back time. I’m incredibly happy with the results, and I just want to give a little pat on the back to my past self for doing all the research, for enduring the anxiety and indecision, and for finally taking the leap. I’m proud of myself for choosing what was right for me.
